Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the check in date will receive 100% refund.

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the check in date will receive a 50% refund.

Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the check in date will receive a 40% refund.

Bookings cancelled 1 day prior to check in date or shorter will forfeit entire payment.

In the event a traveller becoming ill during a vacation, or having to cut their vacation short, we charge 100% of the unused remaining holidays.
